• Feeling weary, desperate, overbooked?
  • Is "Sabbath" just a quaint idea or a practical possibility for you?
  • Does it seem to you that there is no escape from your responsibilities?
  • Are you searching for ways faith communities can support renewal?
It is difficult to find places to explore these questions — especially as they relate to spirituality. Left unexamined, these questions can stake a huge claim on our emotional energy. The Renewal for the Work Weary Soul retreat will use Mark’s story of “Feeding the 5,000" to provide a “safe” space for reflecting on these questions.

You can expect:

  • discussion of obstacles to renewal
  • identification of tools for renewal
  • communal Sabbath celebration
  • time for silence
  • beautiful surroundings
  • small groups with kindred souls
  • opportunity to be heard and to hear
  • spirited singing
  • engaging leaders...
  • to be renewed
There's room for everyone at the Faith at Work table
...clergy, lay, and all manner of seekers...
