Faith At Work is a leading organization empowering people to explore, discern and act on their many gifts and calls in the complexity of their daily lives for the good of God’s world.

Our magazine, resources, events and trainings provide experiences of hearing call; tools for discerning call; and trainings for organizations wanting to provide systems and structures to support call.

As an ecumenical network of Christians at the growing edge of the church we are grounded in Biblical faith; related to God, self, others and the earth; sustained through intentional community; and committed to faith at work in the world. We have sometimes been called "everyone's A.A." because everyone has aspects of their life that feel unmanageable. Our call is to foster intentional community and relational Christianity with the intent of impacting individuals for changed lives and changed focus/work.

Core Values: Any organization’s history is loaded with clues to their core values. With this in mind, at a recent Board of Director’s Meeting, we looked at a few of the pivotal events in F@W’s history to see our core values at work. All this was used to help us do some strategic visioning for the future. These are the values that have guided F@W for decades; these are the things we love.

Faith@Work Magazine: Our magazine is sometimes called "a meeting in print." Faith@Work magazine focuses on the life-changing power of relational Christianity.  If you would like to receive this quarterly publication, please let us know.

Events: F@W sponsors and facilitates retreats, conferences and training events. Some topics include: call/vocation, small groups and intentional communities, spiritual practices, women's and men's retreats. If we can help facilitate your next retreat or training,  please let us know.
